The Challenge

Ray-Ban is the most recognized name in eyewear, but recognition is not the same as a reason to stock this season’s assortment. Independent practices browsing the Vision Source Brand Guide need current imagery, current styles, and a current promotion in front of them.

Seasonal Content Updates

Since the Vision Source Brand Guide launched in 2020, we have handled the periodic and seasonal updates to the Ray-Ban and Ray-Ban Meta pages: imagery from the current collection, brand guides, catalogs, ideal assortments, sun and optical styles, and active promotions. Requests arrive whenever new material is published rather than on a fixed calendar, so the work runs on turnaround rather than schedule.

We update every brand on the guide at one point or another. Between them, Ray-Ban and Ray-Ban Meta take more updates than any of them.

A Page for Ray-Ban Meta

Smart glasses ask an optical practice to stock a category it has not carried before, so the Meta styles needed more than a grid of frames and a catalog link. We built a dedicated page outlining the new Meta styles and highlighting the primary features of the glasses, so a practice owner could understand what the product actually does before deciding whether to carry it.

Video

We also edited a Ray-Ban film reel built from clips of the eyewear worn on screen by well known actors. We did not shoot or assemble the original footage. The assignment was to shorten and tighten an existing cut.

The Result

Ray-Ban and Ray-Ban Meta stay current in front of the independent channel, with a dedicated page for the smart glasses category and a tighter cut of the brand reel.
